Our expert team are here to answer all your questions prior to your trip and can guide you when it comes to choosing the best boat and routes for your needs.Guests will be welcomed by our knowledgeable skippers who will take you through your boat’s operational features. All first-time hirers will be accompanied by a skipper for a brief tutorial, including how to work a lock, to ensure you’re well prepared for your journey ahead.

No — steerer's licenses aren't required for boats that carry up to 12 people.
We welcome family pets on all of our boats.
Of course you can! We recommend children always wear a life jacket when out on the deck.
Yes! WIFI (mobile) is available on all our boats. It's not designed for streaming and can be intermittent due to the canal's infrastructure.
Moorings are free across the UK's canal system, so the choice is completely up to you. If you prefer a bit of solitude, tie up at points along the towpath. Or for access to villages (and pubs!) you can find designated moorings that include bollards and tying rings.
Booking fees, your first tank of fuel, tuition, car parking, bedding and towels are all included as part of your stay. A refundable damage waver is charged upon arrival.
Once you have arrived and unloaded your car at our base, a team member will show you to our private locked compound.
We recommend bringing food and drink so you're all ready to go once onboard. Of course, you can always stop in at local supermarkets while on your journey.
Yes! Towels, tea towels and bedding are all included as part of your stay.
